The nill contest case In the estate of F-lrharetta Rurh-mlller Rurh-mlller deceased, was suddenW ended today, to-day, when It was announced to Judge A. E Pratt that a stipulation had been airreed upon and the case settled out of court Under the aereement. Leroy Buchmiller resigned as the eyecutor and O M. Runvon and F. M. N"ye were appointed ap-pointed executors. with bond fixed ot jso ko each. The court held that .Mrs. Buchmiller was of sound and' disposing mind when she made the will, which left the entire estate to l.eroy Buchmiller. The contest filed by Mrs. Runvon. Mrs. Nve and Mrs. Kinney alleged that duress and pursuasion were used before the death of their mother. The crounds for the settlement of the estate were not announced an-nounced In the court. Attorneys and members to the action refused to make any statement concerning the settlement. |
