It should be remembered that, although the country iB at war and business in certain lines has been curtailed cur-tailed to some extent, the government at Washington has insisted that state and county fairs be not only encouraged encour-aged but assisted in every manner possible. pos-sible. Under this order a special war exhibit has been sent to this city and will be on exhibition at the fair grounds today and al during the coming week. This exhibit alone should attract thousands thou-sands of visitors, for Utah is very much in the war. But tho farmers and ranchers ranch-ers have had a good year.
