The Seals won a hot game from the ambitious Angels today, 2 to 1, and thereby took the lead in the series. The Seraphs scored their sole run in the first, after which they were at the mercy of Smith and never got more than one hit to an Inning. Standridge also pitched a good game, holding the hits well scattered execpt in tho fifth, when the Seals, having already tied up the score in the second, bunched hits and put over the winning tally.
