Notice is hereby given thatj the annual meeting of stockholders of the Mascot Mining & Milling company, which should liav been held on Tuesday, September 5, 1913, is hereby called, pursuant to a demand de-mand made upon us by stockholders holding hold-ing more than one-third of the entire capital stock, to meet at the office of the company, 210 Brooks Arcade building. Salt Lake City, Utah, on Tuesday, September Sep-tember 2S, 1916. at the hour of 8 o'clock p. in., for the election of a new board of directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before said meeting.
