Johnson, judge of the district court of the United States for the district of Utah: James William Darcey of Salt Lake City, in the county of Salt Lake and state of Utah, In said district, respectfully represents repre-sents that on the 3rd day of April last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt bank-rupt under the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy; that he has duly sun-en- . dered all his property and rights of prop- erty, and has fully complied with all requirements re-quirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching his bankruptcy. Wherefore, he prays that ho may bo decreed bv the court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acti, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge.
