Show PLOTTERS AGAINST CARRANZA ACTIVE 4 EL PASO. Tex.. Sept. 17. Reports of a country revolutionary plot in Mexico were received tonight by constitutionalist , agents here. It was reported from various vari-ous points on tlie eastern border that former officials of the Huerta government, govern-ment, combined with the old Cientifieo party, were plotting against the Carranza Car-ranza central government. According to reports to Carranza officials of-ficials here, tlie plotters had begun operations opera-tions at New Orleans anri San , Antonio. At the latter place, it was said, thev had sought to draw $10,000 which had' been banked before the collapse of tlie Huerta government. The constitutionalist agents at San Antonio reported that they had sought to enjoin these funds. From the California border came reports re-ports that persons representing themselves them-selves as agents of Jose Maria Mavtorena, the insurgent governor of Sonora. and Felipe Angeles, in command of General Villa's artillery, have secured the surrender sur-render of Tia .T nana, opposite San rie;ro, Cab General Angeles recently visited the California border, following an attempted ad lust men t of the situation in Sonora, where Governor Mavtorena had bfgun an open revolt against tho government at Mexico City.
