Show HARRIS IS RECEIVER. President Wilson Notifies Montpeller Citizen Citi-zen of Appointment to Land Office. Special to The Tribune. MONTPELTER, Jdaho, April 11. Charles E. Harris, a prominent attorney of this city, today received notlco of his appointment by President Wilson as receiver re-ceiver of public moneys at tho Blackfoot land ofrtce. Mr. Harris is ono of the Democratic leaders of Idaho and received tho Indorsement of all factions of Idaho Democracy, but for somo unaccountable roaaon his appointment has been delayed for over a year, during which time the office was vacant. It Is thought his appointment will bo promptly confirmed, and ho expects to leave for Blackfoot to take up his residence resi-dence In about a month. While his many friends are well pleased over his appointment, appoint-ment, they aro sorry to soo him go, as ho has been a resldont of this city for many years.
