Show "HMD BUG" TO UNDERGO UK Upper Floors Will Be Transformed Trans-formed Into Modern Hotel by James Stevensen. The four upper floors of tho Herald building on Main street' have been leased to James Stevensen, who will convert them into a modern, popular-priced popular-priced hotel of 100 rooms with com-ploto com-ploto oquipmeut. Tho north sido of the ground floor will be used by L. H. Goulot & Co., who will convert the space into a buffet 3nd billiard hall as elaborato as any in the city. James Pollock & Co., brokers, will occupy oc-cupy the south sido of the ground floor, where tho Salt Lake Bouto formerly had its ofliccs. . Announcement of this arrangement was mado yesterday through A. L. P-rlt-tain, mauagcr of the businoss oppor-tuuitv oppor-tuuitv department of A. Kiehtcr, real estate- merchant, who acted as agent in tho deals for Pavid Keith, owner of the building. Remodeling, improvements, improve-ments, furnishings and now lixtures in connection with tho thrco leases will represent close to $75,000, said Mr. Brittain last night.
