OCR Text	Show Jap Apparently Insane. Special to' The Tribune. OGDEN, Feb. 8. Tuseka Satoas, a Japanese cook who Is believed to bo demented, de-mented, was taken into custody by the police today and later turned over to the county authorities. ITe is now confined con-fined in the padded cell at the county Jail. It is believed that the man came to tills city recently from Salt Xalce. If there Is no Improvement In his condition within tho next few days, he probably will bo examined by a medical board as to his sanity.
