On "Wednesday there was filed with tho clerk of Salt Lake county articles of incorporation of the Houiles-Knox Building company of this city to carry on a general rea'ltv and building business; busi-ness; "capital, S'JSO.OOO, divided into as manv shares valued at $1 apiece, of which 170,000 shares aro subscribed and 'tho remaining 110,000 are to remain re-main as treasury stock. G. S. Holmes, president, has "K55.000 shares; Henry C. Godman of Moab, vice-president; Prank Knox, treasurer; P. O. Perkins, secretary; Charles Tyng and "W. V. Earls, additional directors. Tho other incorporators aro T. II. Pit.gcrald and Harry B. Coin. Tho stock subscribed is distributed as follows: Holmes, 135,-000 135,-000 shares; Knox, 10.000; Tyng, 5000; Fitzgerald, 5000; Cole, 5000 Goodmau, 10.000.
