Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the city council of Salt Lako City of the Intention Inten-tion of such council to make tho following follow-ing described Improvement, to wit: To curb, gutter, ropave and resurface Main street from South Temple street to Fourth South street. In paving district dis-trict No. 2, and defray tho abutters portion por-tion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated es-timated at thirty-three thousand one hundred and 93-100 ($33,100.93) dollars, or six and 34S47-100.000 (SG.34S47) dollars fier front or linear foot abutting said mprovemcnt, there being 5214 feet of abutting property on said portion of said Main street, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following desorlbed district, being the district to bo affected and benefited by said improvement, namely: The east side of lots 1 and G, the north 132 feet of the east side of lot 7. the south 132 feet of the cast side of lot 8, block 51; the west side of lots 4 and 5, block 52; the west side of lots 2. 3, 4 and 5, block 57; the cast side of lots 1 and S. block 5S: the east side of lots 1. G, 7 and S, block 69: the west side of lots 4 and 5, block 70; the west side of jots 2. 3. 4 and 5. block 75; and tho east side of lotB 1 and 8 block 76, all In plat A, Salt Lake City survey. The total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at forty-six thousand sixlv-four sixlv-four and Gl-100 ($4G.0G4.61) dollars, of which sum the city's portion is twelve thousand nine hundred sixty-three and 68-100 ($12,962. GS) dollars, leaving thirty-three thirty-three thousand one hundred and 93-100 ($33,100.93) dollars to be raised by local assessment. All protests and' objections to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must be pre-isentcd pre-isentcd in writing to the city recorder on or before tho 27th day of April, 1909. being the time set by said council when it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may bo made thereto.
