It was said that she had drunk a quantity of liquor, and, disregarding tho quarantine regulations, had wandered through the streets. She was taken back to the home of her. sister. At 10 o'clock Miss Peterson locked herself in her room. A half hour later tho household was startled by an agonizing. cry of pain coming from her room.
