Show DIES PROM "DOPE;" MAY BE SUICIDE OR ACCIDENT Special to The Tribune. GOLDFIELD. Nov.. April 21. Robert W. Brown was found dying in a lodging house early this afternoon. Near bv was a hypodermic syringe, and on a dresser was a boltle containing somo drug. Whether Brown committed suicide or succumbed suc-cumbed to an overdose of "dope" remains re-mains a mystc.rj" that may be solved at t lie inquest tomorrow or b3- an autopsy to be performed thereafter. Brown was partb' undressed and was found In a chair close io his bed with the head and shoulders reclining on tho bed clothes. Groans emanated from the room and the landlads- had a roomer force an entrance through a rear window. Brown was still alive when discovered, but medical assistance conld not save him. He was registered as having worked as a "booster" in a local saloon for a. faro outfit. In his pockets were found several letters, three of them being from Mrs. Jennie Brown, 510 East Third South street. Sail Lake CIt.v.
