Show NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT. Raymond-Illinois Mining company, principal prin-cipal place of buslnes3. Salt Lake City, Utah: mines at Eureka, Utah. Notice is nereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of tho directors, duly held March 1, 1909, an assessment of one-half a cent per share per month, for threo months, was levied on the outstanding capital stock of tho corporation, payable to M. B. Johnson, at room 506, Atlas building, as follows: One-half cent per share payable Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 21st day of March. 1909. will bo delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, auc-tion, and, unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 16th day cf April, 1909, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale. One-half cent per share shall be pay-ayble pay-ayble on tho 17th day of April, 1909. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 17th day of May 1909, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and, unless payment Is made before, will be sold on tho 2d day of June, 1909. to pay the delinquent de-linquent assessment, together with tho cost of advertising and expense of sale. One-half cent per share shall bo payable pay-able on the 3d day of June, 1909. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 3d day of July, 1909, will oe delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and, unless payment is made before, will bo sold on the 19th day of July, 1909, to pay the delinquent assessment, together vn,. iUa cost of advertising and expense of sale.
