Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors', duly held March ; 1. 1909. an assessment of one-half a cent per share per month, for threo months, was levied on tho outstanding capital stock of the corporation, pavabio to M. B. Johnson, ut room 506, A'tlas building, as follows: I One-half cent per share payable Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on tlio 31st day of March. 1903. will be dellnrpient and advertised for sale at. public auction, auc-tion, and. unless payment is made before will be sold on the 16ti (lav cf A-or.'l' 1909. to pay the delinquent assessment' together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
