Judge Whltccotlon was the lawyer law-yer for the boys, while A. Booth of Provo represented the city. When the case was called there was no one present, or the many who demanded Justice, to testify. There was no case at all acalnxl the fellows, and, on motion of the prosecuting attorney, the case was dismissed. The Presbyterians are making big preparations for their book sodal tomorrow tomor-row night. They expect some valuable addllions to their library. |
