Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of tho board of directors of the Smuggler Mining company, held on tho , 2Gth day of October, 1309, assessment No. 3 of ono-fourth (i) of a cent per share was levied upon tho capital stock of the corporation. Issued and outstanding, payable pay-able Immediately to tho secratary at his office, 643 South Twelfth East, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which thl3 assessment may remain unpaid on tho 30th day of November. 1909, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payipont is mado before, will bo sold on the 30th day of December, 1909. at G o'clock p. m., at tho secretary's office, of-fice, to pay the delinquent assessment thereon, together with the costs of advertising ad-vertising and uxpenso of sale.
