Xotlco Is hereby given that a. special tax for the purposo of extending the aide-walk aide-walk hns been Jevled and confirmed hv ordinances of the City Council, approved October 19, 1909 and November 9. 1909. respectively. re-spectively. Said r-pcclal tax is levied upon the following fol-lowing described real property in Salt Lake City, to wit: In lots 1 and 52, block 2; 1 and 52. block 1. Interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax shall be computed from the date of the approval ap-proval of tho ordinance confirming the levy of said lax, to-wlt.- November D, 1909; and Interest at said rate on tho whole amount of said tax unpaid shall be due and nayable with each Installment. Install-ment. If ajiy installment or Interest aforesaid Is not paid on the dato when same becomes due, then the wholo amount of the tax unpaid at the time said Installment and Interest, are due will become due and payable and will draw Interest at tha ri-to of eight per cent per annum until cslo of the property assessed. Ono or more of said installments In tho order In which they arc payablo aforesaid, afore-said, or the wholo tax, may ho paid without Interest at any time within thirty days after tho approval of tho ordinance confirming the levy or the tax; and one or more of said Installments In the order In which thcV aro payable, or t)ie whole tax unpaid, may bo paid on the day any Installment is duo by paying tho amount thereof and interest to said day.
