I NOTICE. Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lako City of the intention inten-tion of such Council to moke the following fol-lowing described improvements, to wit: To grade, cuib and gutter with cement, nnd pavo with nsphalt (said asphalt pavement pave-ment to be sixty (GO) feet wldo between curbs, and nine and one-half (95) inches tblekl. Sixth South street between First West and State streets (not Including the Intersection of First West street), in Pavlnfc District No. 28. nnd defray the abutters' portion of the cost and expense ths-cof. estimated at thirty-eight thousand thou-sand sixteen (S3S.01G 00) dollars, or nine and G0-100 ($9.G0) dollars per front or linear foot of abultfng property. 4here being 3.960 feet abutting said Improvement, Improve-ment, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground in the following described district being the district to be affected and benefited by said Improvement, Improve-ment, namely: The south side of lot3 1. 2, 3 and 4, blnck 34; the north sldo of lots 5 and 0. b'ock 21: the south side of lots 1 and 2. block 33; the north side of lots !, G. 7 and S. block 22: the south side of lots 1. 2. 3 and 4. block 32. and the north side of lots 5 and G. block 23. all In plat A. Salt Lako City survey. Tho total cost of said Improvement is CFtlmated at forty thousand forty-eight and 4-100 ($40.04S.O4) dollars, of which sum tho clty'H portion Is two thousand thirty-two and 4-100 (S2.032.04) dollars, leaving thirty-eight thousand sixteen (S3S.016) dollars to be raised by local assessment. as-sessment.
