NOTICE FOR BIDS. Bids aro hcrcDy solicited for tho following fol-lowing descntjcn work: Blasting and removing about 3500 cubic yarns of lava rock. The construction of a crib and concrete dam across Snake river, and the furnishing furnish-ing of materia! for eamc, particularly 191.000 feet of native lumber and tlie construction con-struction of C-400 foot of canal 100 feot wide on tho bottom with banks IS feat above grade. The said work to Xt done and material to be delivered at tho Gem State Light nnd Power Company. Ltd., power site on Snake river, two miles north of Shelloy. Plans nnd specifications of the abovo work can be examined at tbe Company's office In Shelloy. Idaho. All proposals must be sealed and filed with tho Sccretnry of tho Company not later than September 6. 1909. and must bo accompanied by a certified check for 10 per cent of tho amount of tho bid na a guarantee that bidder will execute a contract.
