The first deed transfers :Lo property from Eachul Spafford to ILober At. Wells for a consideration of $40,000, and tho second transfers it from llcbcr M. Wells to W. J". Knlloran for $45,0-10. Mr. Halloran said Friday night that un-change, un-change, ia contemplated in 'tho property, proper-ty, which was purchased for investment invest-ment purposes.
