Show MURRAY NEWS Special to The Tribune. M UK KAY, Nov. 12. All Murray cars are now running uvor tho newly-constructed tracks of the Utah Light aud Railway company. The schedule has been changed some. Tho trip from Salt Lake to Murray is now being made in thirty minutes. This is considered by tho company officials as good lime. The old schedule was forty minutes. Tho construction work on the road through to Sandy will be in' progress all winter. win-ter. The old track to Murray has been completely torn up all tho way from Salt Lake. The steel, well rotted, will bo used for foundry purposes. The new svstoin of dispatching trains, in uso at the Oregon Short Lino station sta-tion here, is proving more successful. Tho day telegraph operator now has less (o do and less worry, Tho only messages received over tho relay aro telegrams to vaxious people here." The Western Union sounder will bo kept in use for all time. Improvements have been mado around the railway company's yards here. A new office has been erected for Charlie Beaver, yard, master, while additional tracks bavo bcon installed around tho American smoltor. John Fletcher arrived in Murray this week frqm tho East, and Monday .will assume- tho duties of iiibtruetor at the Arlington school hore. Mr. Flfctcher comes well recommended.
