NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. Notice Is hereby given that a special tax for the purpose of extending the curb and gutter has been levied and conHrmcd by ordinances of tho city coun-cltl, coun-cltl, approved October 19, 1909, and November No-vember D. 1909, respectively. Said spc.-Jnl tux is levied upon the following described leal property in Salt Lake City, to-wit: In lots 2. 3. 6 and 7. block 29. plat "F." Salt Lake City survey, abutting on both sides of McClelland Mc-Clelland street, in paving district No. 27, of Salt Lake Cliy. and Is due and payablo In live Cdtuil annual Installments beginning November 9. 1910, Interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum on the wholo amount of said tax shall be computed com-puted from the date of the approval of the ordinance confirming the levy of said tax, to-wit: November 9. 1909: and in-teri'st in-teri'st at said rate on the whole umount of salt! tax unpaid shall be due nnd payable pay-able with each Installment. If- any Installment In-stallment or interest aforesaid Is not paid on the date when same becomes due, then the whole amount of the tax unpaid at the time said Installment and Interest are due wlll become ylue and payable and will draw Interest at the rate or S per cent per annum until sale or the property assessed.
