Notice Is hereby given by the city council coun-cil of Salt Lake City of the intention of tuch council to mako the following de-icrlbed de-icrlbed improvement, to-wlt: To grade, and pave with asphalt two roadways (said asphalt pavement on each of said roadways to bo twenty-four (24) feet wide and nlno arid one-half (PJ) inches thick), with a twenty-four (24) foot park between, on Seventh East Wi street between South Templo and Third South streets. In paving district . No. 27, irand defray the abutters' nortlon of tho icost and expense thereof, estimated at 4'thlrty thousand two hundred and nlncty-tfour nlncty-tfour ($30,294.00) dollars, or seven and 4 65-100 ($7.G5) dollars per front foot of abutting property, there being 3960 feet $ abutting said improvement, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of f jjround within the following described 4 district, being tho district to be affocted 5 and benefited by said improvement. Snameiy: The east side of lots 1, G. 7 and 8, block 60; the cast side of lota 1 and 8. block B3: the cast side of lots 1, C, 7 and 8, block 46; tho west sldo of -lots 4 and 5, block 59; the west side of lots 2, 3, 4 and 5. block 54, tho west side of lots 4 and 5, block 45, all in plat "B," ,sSalt Lake City survey. The total cost of said Improvement Is 1 estimated at thirty-two thousand one fnundred fifty-four and 0S-100 (S32.154.9S) gdollars, of which sum tho city's portion rCJs one thousand eight hundred sixty and JS8-100 ($1800.98) dollars, leaving thirty 1 thousand two hundred and ninety-four a. ($30,294.00) dollars to bo raised by local assessment, EAll protests and objections to the carrying carry-ing out of such intention must bo pre-lentcd pre-lentcd in writing to the City Recorder on or before the 21st day of December, 1903. being the time set by said council when It will hear and consider such protests and objections as may bo made thereto.
