F., celebrated Its nineteenth anniversary anni-versary last evening with nn excellent programme, consisting of speeches and songs, after which delicious refreshments were served- Among the speakers weie Grand Master Archie Stewart, Grand Rep- ' roscntatlvc J. J. Thomas. Grand Secretary i Peter A. Slmpkln and Deputy Grand Mas-tor Mas-tor W. J. Mooro. Reports were read of 1 tho Odd Follows and Rebekali lodges. I allowing good gains during tho year. Pro- I vo lodge No. 14 has 153 members and tho Rcbekah lodge 105, and both are In a J nourishing condition. Eugono L. Roberts, who has spent- tho past two years as a missionary In Germany Ger-many and Switzerland, has returned home to Provo. Marrlago licenses have been issued to Harvey H. Cox and Mao Wobb. both of Provo; Ellaa A. Bushman of Lehl and Lydia Walters of Pleasant Grove, The first-named couplo were married In tho street today at 1:30 by Judge Booth. Jn tho presence of 1000 people. The occasion was tho Inauguration of a market day In Provo. |
