General Manager Pope Yeatman, of tho Nevada Consolidated and Cumberland Cumber-land Ely companies of Ely, left Thursday Thurs-day afternoon for the coast. Mr. Yeatman Yeat-man has been visiting Bingham, making a study not only of tho porphj'rics, but of the manner in which thoy are being handled on a wholesale basis by several of tho large Bingham companies. It is not unlikely that the Bingham method will be employed bodily at Ely. It was Mr. Ycatman''s expressed hope Thursday Thurs-day that within tho next six months tho smelter of the two companies above mentioned will be ready to handle at least a part of tho ores of the camp.
