The abject poverty of Mrs. J. Stucki, an elderlj' German woman, who lives in Burlington addition, is said Inner In-ner neighbors to reveal the absolute incompetency of Pauper Clerk Anton Lundberg, and entire indifference on the part of the Mormon church toward the poor among its adherents, regardless of the fact that it has at its disposal a tithine fund of about $2,000,000 a year.
