Show ONE OF UTAH'S PIONEERS PASSES TO HER REWARD Special to Tho Tribune, LAKETOWN, Rich County, Utah, May 21. Mrs. JoBlah Tufts, Sr., of Mead-owville, Mead-owville, this county, died at her homo early on Saturday morning, May 14. The deceased was born in Colchester, England, March 7, 1S-13, and, with her parents, emigrated emi-grated to Utah In 1SSI and settled In-Sail Lako City and married Father Tufts. In 1EC9 hor husband camo to Bear Lake valley val-ley on a colonizing mission, and he brought her to her Meadowvlllo home in 1870. Sho was 'for fifty years a resident of Utah and of neighboring village thirty-four thirty-four years. Two sons and six daughters were the Issue of her marriage. Two daughters passed on beforo her to tho othor and better bet-ter side. The surviving children are all married, and with the exception of their son Joslah, Jr., and wife, who dwell In Canada, were at tho funeral, as wero many of the grandchildren.
