Show Authority Over the Canal Zone Statement Regarding tho Matter Is Given Out by Acting Secretary Secre-tary of State. WASHINGTON, May 21. P. Morgan & Co., the duly constituted fiscal agents of the Panama Government, the remaining remain-ing $0,000,000 of the sum stipulated In the treaty as the consideration for the concession.
