Show SOCIABILITY IN THE CHURCHE3. From tho Now York Herald. Mr. John D. Rockefeller, in the course of an informal talk at his sou's Bible class meeting raised a question that wjll doubtless catiBC a great deal of discussion discus-sion in church circles. Mr. Rockefeller said: "The trouble nowadays is lhat there Is not enough sociability in the churches. Why, do you know .that my wife went to church for eighteen years and not a soul ever had a word to say to her?" Here is a broad statement and a direct charge from a man who when not cn-groBsed cn-groBsed in his vast commercial enterprises enter-prises gives much of his time and no lrconslderable amount of his money to church affairs and undertakings.
