SURPRISE FOR CONVICTS WARNER AND WALL TO BE REARRESTED RE-ARRESTED Conclude Term for Manslaughter Today To-day but will be Arrested at Prison Door on a Second Charge i When Matt Warner and William Wall emerge from the State prison this morning where they have Just completed com-pleted a fiveyear term for manslaughter manslaugh-ter they will bo rearrested by Sheriff Prccce of TJlntah county on a second charge of murder Warner and Wall killed Divad Staun ton and David Milton In Uintah county some years ago in a dispute over a mining claim and upon a trial on tim charge of murder In the first degree lot the killing of Staunton were found guilty of manslaughter and sentence to five years in the penitentiary They arc now to bo tried for the killing kill-ing of Milton and Sheriff Preccc will take them to Uinlah county where they have been charged with murder again and where their preliminary hearing will take place An Information at Ogden where tha men were formerly tried and whlcht charged them with murder In time first degree for the killing of Milton was dismissed by District Attorney Klnpr yesterday who has In charge the proceedings pro-ceedings Instituted In TJlntah county
