Show Police Court. The case of MUs 1 Miller for perjury was continued in this court yesterday. The defendants having asked for a change of venuo, it was readily granted by Judge Clintou, who vacated in favor of Judge Fuch-ards Fuch-ards wh.ow.i3 present. The investigation investiga-tion was progressing when Miss Miller became so abusive that the court lined her ten dollars for contempt, and for a second offense of the same kind ordered her to be locked up till this niom'ng, when the case will be continucd'at lu o'clock. The Chinese stabbiug a flair has not yet boon investigated, but is expected to cime up this morning.
