No Charges Entered A meeting of the Ogden Bar association was held in the federal court room night before last for the purpose of hearing charges against L R Rhodes and T J Hudson who were connected in a way with the Cunningham quit claim deed which caused considerable annoyance among prop ertyowners not long since A committee on investigation composed of L R Rogers O R Leonard Valentine Gideon and Charles C Dye was appointed and as no citizen or member of the bar appeared ap-peared to enter charges against the accused parties for their unprofessional conduct I reported that it was in their opinion that the censures of the press and public had been made too hastily and without consideration con-sideration and in that respect unjust to Messrs Rhodes and Hudson therefore the gentlemen were exonerated
