Adams and Glenda Adams, 697 North 240 East, Kaysville, Utah 84037 The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 13th day of April, 1982, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., just outside the north entrance of the County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, by Rocky Mountain State Bank as Trustee Trus-tee and Rocky Mountain State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust made by Lonnie E. Adams and Glenda Adams as Trustors recorded March 31, 1980, as Entry No. 561488, Book 819, Page 375 of the Official Offi-cial Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of Rocky Mountain State Bank by reason of certain cer-tain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded November 24, 1981 , as Entry No. 604596, Book 885, Pages 920 and 921 of said Official Offi-cial Records. Trustee will sell at public auction au-ction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances encumbr-ances the following described property: All of LOT 29, Colonial Colo-nial Square according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Davis County Recorder, for the purpose of paying obligations obli-gations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trus-teeadvanced, Trus-teeadvanced, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
