Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis on Tuesday, April 13, 1982 at the hour of 11:30 a.m. of said day: All of Lot 82, SOMERSET SOME-RSET FARM PLANNED PLAN-NED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, DE-VELOPMENT, a planned plan-ned residential development, develop-ment, as the same is identified in the plat recorded re-corded in Book 586, page 515 of Official Records Re-cords of Davis County, Utah, and in the Declaration Declar-ation of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Restric-tions of the Somerset Farm Planned Unit Development, De-velopment, a planned residential development, develop-ment, and the amendments amend-ments thereto of record in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. (Street Address: 630 West Ramsgate Road, Farmington, Utah 84025) The Trust Deed being foreclosed fore-closed by these non-judicial proceedings is dated September Septem-ber 25, 1980, and was executed by John Randolph-Seng and June Randolph-Seng, husband and wife, as Trustors who are the present owners of said property.
