It has been a typical summer week, of swimming parties and water skiing, of fishing and hiking, of visiting and reunions, of weddings and of funerals, and of lazy dreaming dream-ing and hoping. Arch and Elon Widdison journeyed to Star Valley to attend a family reunion. Ruth and Dale Winegar attended at-tended a Kemp Family Reunion in Murray, Their son-in-law Tom Warren is still recovering slowly. He can navigate on one crutch. The Gerald Chapmans were able to get away for a little while to go fishing in East Canyon. Bob and Phyllis Dilks have been spending time wallpapering wall-papering their home. They are getting ready for the arrival of Bob's cousin, George Goodson, who will be visiting from Liverpool later this summer. He has visited in many parts of the world, but this is his first visit to the United States. Lenah Casper is happy that her health is better. She has been able to irrigate her lot this summer. This week she was able to clean two of her rooms. She has entertained many visitors also. Her son Dee and wife Donna visited from Kaysville the past week, as did her son Willard and wife Donna, from Midvale. A granddaughter Velma Bate-an Bate-an and her children came down from Idaho Falls. Her daughter Ruby and husband D. L. Thueson also visited from Idaho Falls. Her granddaughter grand-daughter Marlene and husband hus-band Bill Bateman came down from Idaho Falls to attend at-tend the Manti Temple Pageant. Then they stopped overnight to visit with Lenah. The Alt Cornias visited in the canyons in southern Utah last weekend. The Ken Wellingtons have had all sorts of experiences as they have baby-sat their grandsons, Jane Ann's children from Colorado Springs.
