Show Bountiful Funeral Services Are Held Henley Blevins, age 84, died August 5, 1978 in a Bountiful convalescent home. BORN NOV. 23, 1893, at.. Oneida, Tennessee to Abraham and Polly Miller Blevins. Married Linnie Hale Mays in 1961. Later, they moved to Utah. HE WAS a member of the LDS church serving as a high priest in the Orchard 3rd Ward in North Salt Lake. He was retired for many years but was an outstanding gardener. He was employed as a technician by the Cincinnati;" Cincinna-ti;" Ohio Gas company. He received- an honorable discharge from the military after serving in the army in world war I. SURVIVORS include widow, Linnie Blevins, four daughters, Mrs. Bertha Pennington, Pen-nington, Crossville, Tenn.; Mrs. Alma Hale, Indiana; Mrs. Ioma Duete, Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif.; Mrs. Lucille Woebkenberg, Cincinnati, Ohio. Two brothers, Monroe, Oneida, Tenn.; Crawford, of Kentucky. Several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Boun-tiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where friends called Monday evening. Interment in the Salt Lake City Cemetery Ceme-tery under the direction of Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary. |
