Also, the suit alleges that children in the same family will be forced to attend different schools simultaneously. simul-taneously. This, the suit says, "causes interference with family relations by requiring the splitting of brothers and sisters in the same family." 'THE SCHOOL board acted arbitrarily and capriciously and did not allow for citizen opinion in deciding the boundary boun-dary change," the suit said. The suit noted that plaintiffs plain-tiffs (students) are presently living with friends and relatives rela-tives within the boundaries of Bountiful High but are restricted re-stricted from registering at Bountiful High because their parents are not living within the school boundaries. ALTHOUGH THE suit asks school officials to find less burdensome alternatives to distributing students to the high schools, there was no request for a restraining order or injunction filed with the complaint. No hearing date has been set. The controversial boundary change initially affected about 60 students in an area from 200 West to 800 East and from 400 North to 300 South.
