Show Takes Manager's Position At Dairy Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Dye have been busy the past few days, getting ready to move to Roose- velt, where Lynn has assumed his new duties as manager of I the Hi-Land Dairy plant for i this section. Both have been active ac-tive church workers in this community com-munity for several vears. Their many friends here extend sincere sin-cere congratulations to them on the new position. Mrs. LaVell Horrocks left for Salt Lake City last Sunday, where she will visit for a few days with relatives. Mrs. Orrin Gardner is home again, after spending the past three weeks in Salt Lake City, doing Temple work. Gerald Henrie, who is attending attend-ing the USAC at Logan, spent the weekend here with home folks. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Edrington made a business trip to Salt Lake City, last Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Theron Horrocks returned home last week after visiting their son, Ensign Jay - Horrocks and family in San. Diego Calif. -Their' grarrason. Gordon Jennings, of Roosevelt, accompanied them. Rodney, Max and Brent Ford, of Provo, were guests at the Charles Crozier home during the pheasant season. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jensen and daughter, of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend here visiting friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Tal Wardle entertained en-tertained the following guests at a dinner party last Saturday evening: Mr. and Mrs. Ned Gines, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Jenkins Jen-kins and Mr. and Mrs. Neil Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford uisen are enjoying their roles as grandparents during the visit of their daughter, Mrs. Jerry Harrison, and her little girl. Mr. Harrison arrived Sunday and the family returned to their home, in Salt Lake City the following fol-lowing day. Mr. and Mrs. James Allred and son, Keith, visited relatives here during the weekend. Three local church workers have been chosen to head departments de-partments of the Sunday School board. Ferris Henrie will conduct con-duct the Investigators class; La-Zell La-Zell Henrie, the Genealogical section; and Tal Wardle will instruct in-struct another group, which has not been decided on at present. |
