Preparation is being made for the ward Gold and Green Ball. Speakers at Sacrament meeting, meet-ing, Sunday evening were Van Winterton, of the high council, and David Watkins. Mrs. Wat-kins Wat-kins and Mrs. Winterton were present also. Dan Stevenson, Dale Killian and Richard Beckstead, of Al-tamont, Al-tamont, visited in Montwel, Sunday. Sun-day. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Brown attended the American Legion dance Saturday night. They were winners of an electric clock and weather barometer combination. Garnell Crosby, of Garfield, Utah, spent Saturday visiting I Mr. and Mrs. Maurel Taylor and family. Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Roberts and family, of Roosevelt, and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Roberts and family, of Montwel, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Roberts and family. Bettie Mower, Mrs. Donna Brown, Frank Thompson and James L. Powell attended Sunday Sun-day School Union meeting in Roosevelt, Sunday afternoon. Larry Nelson spent last weekend week-end in Provo, visiting his brother, broth-er, Ted, who is attending the Brigham Young University and in Mount Pleasant, visiting Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Lamb and family. |
