Show Mrs. Garda Seeley Ml A Program Informs People The famous television show, "This Is Your Life," was dramatized drama-tized to show the influence of the Mutual' on members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints, last Tuesday night at the Bluebell ward hall. Mr. and Mrs. John Goodrich were the honored persons. The evening began with a short assembly program, followed by class work in all departments'. Each age group of Mutual goers presented something representing their group. Afterwards fun and dancing were enjoyed with refreshments re-freshments to top off the evening. An Explorers' Ball was held in Ioka on Thursday evening. The following Explorers and partners attended' from Bluebell: Drew Goodrich, Eugene Powell, Gene Barrett, Larry Lisonbee and Explorer Ex-plorer teacher, Marian Barrett, Janet Seeley, Shana Lee Winkler and Carma Atwood. Punch and cookie's were served to all. v j Mrs. Mary Merrells of Salt Lakei City is here visiting with her daughter, Lucille Winkler and family. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mathews and two children of Vernal spent the weekend here visiting with relatives. rela-tives. Mr. and Mrs.. Ross Monson are the proud parents of a baby boy, born Thursday', Feb. 9th at the Roosevelt Hospital. This is three boys and one' girl for the Mon-sons. Mon-sons. Word comes from California of the birth of a baby boy to Mr. and' Mrs. Dick Harwood. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Claud Mathews. The Harwoods have one other little boy. Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Atwood and family spent the weekend in Salt Lake City visiting with La-Von'S La-Von'S parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simeon Sim-eon Atwood. Simeon Atwood celebrated cele-brated his 83rd birthday anniversary anniver-sary on Feb, 8. The Senior At-woods At-woods are former residents of Mt. Emmons. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Goodrich of Roosevelt spent Saturday afternoon after-noon visiting in Bluebell with relatives. rel-atives. TO JOIN HUSBAND On Tuesday Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Atwood took their daughter, Maro-lyn Maro-lyn Clark, down to catch the bus. Marolyn is leaving for South Carolina Car-olina to join her husband, who is in the Air Force. Miss Dorthella Murray spent the weekend in Salt Lake City visiting with friends. ' i t |
