Show Myton Legion Set For Dinner Meeting Feb. 22 By Grace Dalgleish MYTON (Special) One of the social events of the season will be celebrated Wednesday, Feb. 22, when the American Legion, Wm. R. Sands Post No. 5, will entertain enter-tain at a Washington's Birthday dinner. A banquet will be prepared by members of the Auxiliary, Ladies Aid, Relief Society and P-TA and served in the Legion hall' at 7 p.m.. The other Myton organizations t are giving their willing assistance to the Legion in their efforts to raise funds for the Legion hall as well as give the general public a chance' to enjoy a dinner, and program pro-gram of entertainment. Tentative, program plans include an address by Mrs. Eva Ashton, past National President of the American Legion Auxiliary; vocal selections, Grant Peel; music by a male quartet composed of Frank Liddell, Lowell Babcock, Owen Burgess and Merrell Chandler; vocal vo-cal numbers by Dawn Taylor and a group of singers from Lapoint; comedy numbers; vocal solos', by Mrs. Vola Hancock; readings, by local talent. Other entertainment is also expected from talent ' of other posts and units in this district. dis-trict. A cordial invitation ' is extended to the. public to come out and support a worthy cause.
