Show Successful Valentine Party Staged By Culture Club Members One of the most successful parties par-ties ever staged by the Culture Club was the Valentine party held last Thursday night at the Frontier Fron-tier Grill, where Dan Cupid, hearts and lacy Valentines added an appropriate touch for the gala event, which was attended by Culture Cul-ture Club members and partners thirty-two in all. A delicious dinner was served and the following program was presented: vocal numbers, Billie Reidhead, Laura Lee Lerdahl, Le-ota Le-ota Pitt, and Margaret Huber; vocal duet, Mrs. Sheldon Fitzgerald Fitzger-ald and Mrs. Floyd Mecham, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Ray Summers on the violin; hula dance, Kennetjh Labrum; violin solos, Mrs. Summers, Sum-mers, accompanied by Mrs. Fitzgerald. Fitz-gerald. Dancing to Culture Club's own orchestra comprised the remaining remain-ing entertainment, with Mrs. Fitzgerald Fitz-gerald at the piano; Johnnie Cook, the trumpet; Parley Rawlings, saxophone;, sax-ophone;, and Mrs. Rawlings, drums. Mrs. LaVere Labrum, president, assisted by other officers, was in charge of the social event. |
