I'm hoping hop-ing to be able to bring a persona! column weekly under the caption "CASUALLY OBSERVING," and also our editorial's, which won't have any particular heading, but will be found on our editorial page. I hope to bring items of general interest to you about people peo-ple and things. . . If any of our readers have a brief item they'd like to contribute, send it in and we'll do our best to include it in this column. . - - c o - - NOT BAD ADVICE Is this comment from Presley Timothy, who apparently had a bad trip to Salt Lake and back last week. . . The Governor did himself proud in a very well written writ-ten tribute which suggested Dan be given this year's "Valentine" award. --co-- Success nowadays is making more money to pay the taxes you would not be paying if you had not made so much money already, --co-- IKE GETS GO-AHEAD Noticed No-ticed Wednesday where President Presi-dent Ike's doctors have given him a medical green-light to become be-come the GOP's standard bearer in the '56 presidential election. . . .
