Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 9, 1911. Notice Is hereby given that Thomas Singleton et a', whose postoffice address ad-dress Is American Fork, Utah, have made application In accordance with the requirements of the Complied Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Section Laws of Utah, 1909, and 1911, to appropriate twelve (12) cubic feet of water per second from Warm Creek, Millard County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 475 feet north of the south quarter corner of Section 32, Township Town-ship 15 south, Range 19 west, Salt Lako base and meridian, from where it will be conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of approximately 18.4H0 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October .31, Inclusive, of each year, io Irrigate S'!0 acres of land embraced In Sections Sec-tions 4 and 9, Township 16 south, Rang.) 19 went, and Sections 27 and H4, Township 15 south, Ratine, 19 wet, , Salt Lake base and meridian.
