American and Citizens' Non-Partlsan Tickets Win In Salt Lake, ''Wets' and "Dryi" Clash at Ogden, While Socialists are Victorious at Murray. Salt lVe City. At the primary election In this city on Tuesday, the entire American party ticket, headed by Mayor John S. Bransford, was given a place on the official ballot for the final election. The Citizens' Nonpartisan Non-partisan ticket, headed by Sum C. Turk, of the I'urk's Jewelry firm, was second, and will be In the held against the ltraimford ticket for the approval of the voters on November 6. Henry W. Lawrence, nominee of the Citizen' committee and of the Socialists, Social-ists, for four-year commissioner, secured se-cured the highest vote of any candidate candi-date for any office. He ran uhead of the average; combined vote of the two ticket on which he was a nominee.
