After an Engagement Which Lasted All Day, the Turks Returned to the Charge During the Night, Although Al-though They Suffered Greatly. Tripoli The fighting at Benghazi between the Italians and the Turks has been of the fiercest character. After an engagement which lasted all duy, October 19, the Turks returned to the charge during the night. They made a savage onslaught upon the Italian camp, but were repulsed. In the morning the Italian forces occupied occu-pied the city. The Turkish losses were heavy and th" Italian deud numbers not less than 100.
