Notice Is hereby given that Thomas Singleton et al. whoso pobtoffleo ad-(lrenn ad-(lrenn U American Folk, I'tah, have made application In accordance with the requirement of the Compiled Laws of I'tah, 1!07, as amended by the Session Laws of I'tah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate five (5) cubic feet of water per second from Warm Creek, Millard County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which Ilea north 714 feet from the south wr-at corner of Section 33, Town-ship Town-ship 13 south, Range 19 west, Salt Lake bane and meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 14,000 feet and there used during the period from April 1 to October 31, Inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 3ti0 acres of land embraced In Sections 33 and 34, Township 15 south, Range 19 west, Salt Lake base and meridian.
