Show l)3oneta By Leora Oman Father Honored On 81st Birthday The family members of Will Oman had a dinner and outing on the Lake Fork River, honoring hon-oring his 81st birthday, which was Saturday, Aug. 14th. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Rue Miles and children, Lloyd and Carolyn; Mrs. Maurine Anderson, Ander-son, Mr. and Mrs. Wendall Evans, Ev-ans, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Oman and children, Lyla, Lonnie and Leora, and Mr. Oman. Dar Brotherson was taken to j Salt Lake last Monday, where I he was operated on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Brother-son Brother-son and Jennie Brotherson took him out. Max Brotherson, who has spent the last month in Mes-quite, Mes-quite, Nevada, returned home Saturday. Mrs. Anna Hughs and daughter brought him home and are visiting the Brotherson families fam-ilies here. We are very glad to have the Henry Tidwell family with us again. They have moved back to' their home here. Speakers at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Aug. 22nd were Mrs. Anna Hughs and A. M. Burton, of Talmage. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond McMillan Mc-Millan and family visited over the weekend here with friends. A number of the Snow families fam-ilies in Boneta attended the Kietkaw and Snow reunion held at the Rodeo Grounds Saturday, Aug. 21st. Parley Lambert made a trip to' Salt Lake Friday, returning Saturday. Mrs. Afton Jessen and boys visited in Altonah Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Brother-son, Brother-son, Mrs. Hannah Oman and Bonnie and Leora Oman were shopping in Roosevelt, Saturday. Satur-day. Jennie Brotherson returned horne from Salt Lake, Monday. She reports that Dar is getting better fast. |
