Show WEDDING RECEPTION PLANNED AT TRIDELL The wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Angus will be held in the Tridell chapel Friday evening, Aug. 27, and an invitation is extended to all to attend. Norman and Miss Lou Ann Morrill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Morrill of Tridell, Tri-dell, will be married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple this week. Norman is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Angus. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Eldredge El-dredge and daughter, Bette, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Eldredge, Mr. and Mrs. Russel Todd and Mr. and Mrs. George Bracken, of Ballard, attended the funeral services of Albin Anderson in Vernal on Friday, Aug1. 20. Mrs. Zina Pearce and grandson, grand-son, Boyd Johnson, of Salt Lake City, are visiting at the home of Mrs. Pearce's son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Wendel Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hullinger and younger children enjoyed a trip up on Diamond Mountain Moun-tain and surrounding country on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Squire Man-gum Man-gum and daughter, Afton, motored mo-tored to Salt Lake City last week, where Mrs. Mangum and daughter went for a medical check-up. Wendel Johnson, who has spent the entire summer attending at-tending summer school at the BYU at Provo, returned Saturday Satur-day to spend two weeks here. Then he and his wife and family fam-ily will move to Provo', where they will live this coming school year. Philip and Kathleen Kath-leen will enter scohool also. Mrs. John H. Cook returned to' her home one day last week from Vernal, where she has been staying, receiving medical care. Miss Eva Sprouse, who has employment in Salt Lake City, accompanied by three nephews from Orem, spent last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs Kenneth Sprouse. Essie, an- other daughter of the Sprouses, who also works in Salt Lake, and Miss Tommie Thompson, of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend week-end at the Sprouses. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Baum-gaertel Baum-gaertel motored to Salt Lake City to hunt for a house to live in. Mr. Baumgaertel is employed employ-ed there and plans to move his family out before school starts. Larane Kettle and Colleen Hatch were graduated from Primary Pri-mary and accepted into the M. I. A. Sunday evening at Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting. Heber T. Hall, of Roosevelt, and Alden White were the speakers. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Sprouse rushed a grandson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ward, to' his home in Orem on Sunday. The child was quite ill for several days. The Sprouses were accompanied by the daughter, Wanda. |
